When do I need to RSVP?

Please RSVP by May 16, 2025. We suggest arranging for accommodation ASAP, as it is a busy time of year and things will book up.

Will all of the weekend's events be at the venue?

Yes! All of the weekend's events will be at Maple Grove Guest House.

Should I bring my swimsuit?

Yes! There is a walkable swimming spot in the river that runs behind the property.

Can I bring a plus one?

To keep our celebration special and personal, we kindly request that only those on the invitation join us.

What should I wear?

For the events on Friday and Sunday, wear what you please! For the wedding itself, the dress code “guidance” is cocktail/semi-formal. The ceremony will be on grass, and parts of the reception will be on loose rocks/forest floor, so keep that in mind if you’re wearing heels!

Can I bring my kids?

While we love your wee ones, we hope you can understand that this will be a 12+ event.

Do you have a registry?

We don’t have a traditional registry, but if you’d like to give a gift, we’d greatly appreciate any contributions to our future together!

If I stay on-site, are there showers and washrooms available?

Yes! There are two washrooms (normal, flush toilets) and two showers (there may actually be 3 by next summer, they have plans to build another one). Shannon, the owner of the property, will be organizing a shower schedule so that everyone will have a chance to shower.

What's the bar situation?

We will have a bar by donation (cash only) for the wedding day. For the grill and games day on Friday it is BYOB.

Will I have fun?

We do not have a 100% satisfaction guarantee, it's closer to 98%!

What day is the wedding on?

The wedding ceremony itself takes place on August 16, 2025.
