There are several options for sleepy time. We will be staying on-site both Friday and Saturday night.

On-Site

RV/Trailer

There are plug-ins for RVs or trailers at the venue’s campground! This option is 2 night minimum. There are plenty of RV rental opportunities nearby that will deliver and set up the RV on site for you before you arrive. They come fullY functional with bedding, towels, dishes, etc. The rental fees vary depending on how deluxe of an RV you’d like to go with, but there will be no cost to park it at the venue. We will assist you with this process should you choose to go this route. (It’s not difficult, just a bit unconventional!)

Camping (or BYOA - Bring Your Own Accommodation)

There is tons of space at the venue for setting up tents or car camping. There are washrooms and showers (please use them) available on site. There will be no cost for this option.

Off-Site

Oceanfront Suites at Cowichan Bay

We have blocked off rooms at this hotel for those who would prefer! Refer to the “Malcolm Henry Wedding” when booking over the phone, or use code “AugWed” when reserving online. The rooms will be charged at a discounted rate if the minimum number of rooms are booked. These rooms must be booked by May 16th or they will no longer be held. For those who stay at the hotel, we will provide transportation to and from the venue on the day of the wedding only but you're still absolutely more than welcome to join in on the fun Friday and Sunday.

Other

You are, of course, welcome to find your own accommodation as well! There are airbnbs and other hotels in the area. Please note, if you choose to stay at a different Location you will need to find your own way to and from the venue.
